The design of our solutions is based on our Cryobox® LNG-Production Station and the ZPTS® Plant for Gas Conditioning. Both units of proprietary design feature modular configurations which:
1. Monetize multiple gas sources.
2. Offer a scalable installed capacity which meets the increase in demand by incorporating units progressively.
3. Meet customized fuel needs both for high horsepower consumers and communities.
No pipes: LNG from any gas source, directly to consumers
Through the small-scale LNG Distributed Production, we reduce the size of the gas molecule by 600 times, facilitating its transportation through the Virtual Pipeline. Hence, a direct connection between gas sources and the people who benefit the most from a clean and cheap fuel – LNG, is established. This is how we offer the possibility to monetize resources which previously lacked value, or to expand the reach of infrastructure reducing CAPEX.

We increase competitiveness in every project
Low energy consumption
With an energy consumption of 300 kW at the gas conditioning stage and 400kW at the liquefaction stage, this process offers one of the lowest energy consumption levels in the market: 0.7 kilowatts per LNG kilogram (kWh/kg).
The minimization of dynamic components, use of fluids and labor ensure an autonomous operation rate over 99%. This is especially important for the operation in remote areas, such as hydrocarbon fields.
Installation record time
Focused on LNG immediate availability, the installation and commissioning phases are completed at record times in the industry.
Buquebus success case
By way of example and according to our experience, a liquefaction plant equipped with six Cryobox units connected to a ZPTS Plant can be installed in 6 months, while a Mini plant, with similar LNG production capacity, requires 24 to 36 months in average.
