Small-Scale LNG
Our Distributed LNG Production Solutions are designed to liquefy every type of gas right at the source. Hence, you can monetize resources which lacked value before, and provide clean LNG and Bio-LNG fuels.

Silage
Landfills
Sewage sludge
Cultivable and inedible vegetable species
Manure and guano from animals in stalls and/or feed lot
Effluents and waste from the brewing, dairy and jelly industries and from cold storage plants.
The efluents of the digestion are transformed into Biol (a biofertilizer)
A Cryobox-Bio Station upgrades up to 1500 m³/h of raw biogas by removing all its undesirable components (H2O, H2S, siloxanes, and CO2 among others), and liquefies the resulting biomethane into Bio-LNG.
All the liquefaction equipment is modular and scalable.
Bio-LNG is stored in cryogenic iso-tanks to supply cryogenic trailers for further distribution through the LNG Virtual Pipeline network.
All the liquefaction equipment can be relocated within hours to a new gas producing field when the wells have been depleted.
While upgrading biogas and liquefying biomethane on-site, the Cryobox-Bio units enable the distribution of Bio-LNG in cryogenic ISO containers via Virtual Pipeline and apply logistics similar to those of other liquid fuels.
By incorporating a Galileo Patagonia CNX Module and a dual gas dispenser, a fueling station turns into a multi-fuel station, ready to supply:
BIO-CNG
BIO-LNG
Urban vehicles with low-cost Bio-CNG
Heavy-duty vehicles and long-distance transport with Bio-LNG, which offers performance and autonomy as main benefits.
The operation is entirely monitored through Galileo Technologies SCADA System.
Every fleet yard can turn into a multi-fuel supply center, feeding fleets with Bio-CNG and Bio-LNG at competitive market prices, reducing costs and preserving the environment.
When supply levels are low, the CNX module places a resupply order which ensures an uninterrupted Bio-LNG availability.

A Galileo Solution for every well.
A ZPTS Plant for Gas Conditioning reduces and eliminates impurities until reaching the suitable natural gas composition for liquefaction.
A Cryobox LNG Production Station, connected to the ZPTS by means of flexible pipes, liquefies the natural gas.
The Cryobox has a daily production capacity of 15 metric tons (10 k gallons) of LNG and features automatic functions to recover boil-off gas.
The Cryobox eliminates the necessity of gas gathering infrastructure, enabling you as an oil producer to monetize the well testing and the flaring gas reduction right from day one.
One ZPTS can provide clean gas to several Cryobox units at once. All the liquefaction equipment is modular and scalable.
